Individual Counselling

I support individuals navigating depression, anxiety, anger, bipolar disorder, and other mood-related concerns. I work with those experiencing psychosis-related symptoms such as delusions or perceptual changes.

Clients often seek therapy to explore challenges around self-worth, identity, grief, relationships, communication, and childhood trauma. I also provide support for suicidality and substance use concerns, including cannabis, stimulants, opioids, hallucinogens, and other substances.

Couples Counselling

Couples often seek therapy to improve communication, rebuild trust, explore intimacy/sexual connection, address mismatched desire, navigate conflict, and reconnect after periods of distance, betrayal, or life transitions. I support couples in understanding one another beyond surface-level conflict, focusing on the emotional needs and patterns that shape their relationship. Drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I help partners identify cycles of disconnection, deepen emotional awareness, and create more secure, responsive ways of relating and loving.
