Let’s move through experiences without getting stuck
I take the effectiveness of therapy seriously and I take ethical responsibility for whether the therapeutic approach we use is helping. If it becomes clear that my approach may not be the best fit for your needs, I will discuss this with you and assist in referring you to another professional who may be better able to support you.
I offer my work on the traditional, unceded territories of the Musqueam Indian Band, Squamish Nation, Tsleil-Waututh Nation, and Qayqayt First Nation.
As someone working in relationship with others, I hold awareness that this work takes place on lands with deep histories, ongoing presence, and meaning.
Professionalism
I bring clinical competence, ethical integrity, and evidence-informed practice to my work. Sessions are structured, intentional, and grounded in scientific research .
Humanity
I fundamentally believe that you and I are not so different. We are all human beings moving through different seasons of life. Therapy is not about “fixing” anyone or anything. You are met as a whole person, not a diagnosis.
Safety
I prioritize creating a space that feels emotionally safe, non-judgmental, and steady, so we can explore difficult experiences openly. Your privacy and confidentiality are deeply respected and protected in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
